Purchase Orders

Individual Orders

Please print and fill out a purchase order form. Return the completed form with your check or money order to:

Individual orders must be prepaid. Include a shipping & handling charge of $5.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item. California residents add 7.25% sales tax. Overseas shipping and handling is $8.00 for the first item and $2.00 each additional item (surface delivery). Additional charges for faster delivery.

Orders of 10 or more items at one time (one shipment) receive a 10% discount .

Institutional Orders

We will invoice orders submitted on printed institutional purchase order forms. Payment in full is required 30 days from date of invoice. Public and school library orders are granted a 15% discount.

Examination Copy

For an examination copy, please send your request on school/college letterhead or standard examination copy request forms. There is no charge for these books but please enclose a check or money order for $5.00 per book to cover shipping and handling.
